All rates quoted above are valid per night and room on a BB basis

All rates are quoted in US Dollars

All taxes are inclusive in the rates      

All rates may be subject to changes at any given time   

Our rooms/bungalows equipped with air-conditioning will be charged an additional USD 10,00 per day.                                                                                                                                                                                         

CHILDREN:

From age 0 until 5 years when sharing room with adults no additional charges.

From age 6 until 12 we offer special rates according to the room occupancy shared with adults and are usually charged 50% of the rate.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:

We accept credit cards.

To confirm your booking a deposit will be required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

The remaining amount will be due upon arrival.

Please note that we accept cash in US Dollars, T-Shillings or Euros.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

a confirmed booking may be cancelled

more than 35 days prior to arrival                       there will be no charges     0%

34 - 15 days prior to arrival                                 we will charge 25% of the deposit

14 - 3 days prior to arrival                                   we will charge 50% of the deposit

2 - 0 days prior to arrival                                    we will charge 100% of the deposit 

PLEASE NOTE:  THERE ARE HARDLY ANY ATM FACILITIES IN THE NUNGWI AREA!

You will find ATM`s in Stone Town. Currency exchange rates are more convenient in Stone town.
